Stop second-guessing what to eat

Trust your body’s cues, enjoy food without guilt, and nourish yourself in a way that supports your health, energy, and well-being because nutrition should be about what works for you, not the scale.

Confused about nutrition? You're not alone.

You want to feel confident in your food choices. You want to stop second-guessing what, when, and how much to eat. You want to feel good in your body without overthinking every decision.

But nutrition advice has been confusing, restrictive, and hard to sustain in real life. There is a better way.

Our weight-neutral approach is rooted in intuitive eating. We help you reconnect with your body’s cues, add nourishing foods instead of restricting, and build a way of eating that supports your health, energy, and well-being while still including the foods you love.

Our dietitian team in Kelowna supports you in creating a flexible, sustainable approach to nutrition that actually fits your life.

the difference between a dietitian and nutritionist

In British Columbia, dietitians are regulated health professionals with a degree in nutrition, a supervised practicum, and successful completion of the Canadian Dietetic Registration Examination. All dietitians in BC must be registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. We provide expert advice on managing health conditions through diet, and our services are usually covered by extended health insurance plans.

Nutritionist is not a regulated term in BC, and anyone can use the title, regardless of training. While some Kelowna nutritionists have certifications, their services are typically not covered by health insurance plans.

Registered dietitians are your trusted nutrition professionals, and our Kelowna dietitian team is ready to support you with expert personalized care.
