You Don't Have to Learn Intuitive Eating Alone

Join a small, in-person group and finally put it into practice.

You've read the books. Downloaded the freebies. Tried it alone.

Now, what about practicing intuitive eating in a room with people who get it? That’s the missing piece: intuitive eating isn’t something you learn from a page. It’s something you practice, out loud, in a supportive, safe space.

This is a room of people working through it in real time — not a comment section or Facebook support group. Real conversation. Real feedback. Real support. We’re going to walk through it together, week by week, covering the stuff the books just don’t teach.

What if you could…

Eat chips straight from the bag and stop when you're satisfied, no negotiating, no guilt.

Take a vacation photo without immediately zooming in to critique your arms, stomach, or chin

Scroll past a "what I eat in a day" video without spiraling into comparison mode

Open the fridge at 9pm because you're hungry. Not hide it, not justify it, not call it "being bad"

Would you like to …

Make it through a day without thinking about food 24/7

Try on your actual clothing size and not think about it twice

Buy ice cream, keep it in your freezer, and know it'll still be there tomorrow

Dance in your kitchen just because it's fun, not because it burns anything?

What You’ll Learn

week 1: Reject Diet culture

We’ll uncover how diet culture has shaped your beliefs about food and your body, and begin replacing those messages with self-compassion and curiosity. Through reflective exercises, you’ll gain greater self-compassion and being building a kinder, more trusting relationship with yourself.

week 2:Honor your hunger

We focus on building consistent daily eating patterns to ensure your body is regularly fueled throughout the day, helping to reduce within-day energy deficits. Establishing this rhythm supports stable energy levels, improved training capacity, and overall health.

week 3: Challenge the food police + Make Peace with food

We focus on key nutrients for athlete health – such as carbohydrates, protein, iron, calcium, and vitamin C – that support performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll review your intake to identify gaps and ensure you’re meeting your needs with confidence.

We take a flexible, intuitive approach to fueling – centering satisfaction, preferences, and your real-life cooking skills to make eating feel easier and more sustainable. By reducing rigid food rules, you’ll build a more peaceful relationship with food while still supporting your performance and health.

Week 6: Cope with Emotion with Kindness

We focus on how to fuel before, during, and after training to support energy, hydration, and recovery. You’ll receive practical, individualized strategies for timing , gut training, and meeting your carbohydrate, protein, and fluid needs around sessions.

Week 7: Respect your Body + Exercise to feel the difference

We review any supplements you’re taking to ensure they align with your health and performance goals, are safe, and are third-party tested to reduce doping risk. You’ll gain clear, evidence-based guidance to make informed decisions about what’s worth including – and what’s not.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to read the Intuitive Eating book first?

Nope! It helps, but it’s not required. We’ll cover the core principles together, this group is designed to take you from “I’ve read about it” to “I actually live it.”

What if I've tried intuitive eating before?

That’s exactly who this group is for. Reading about it and doing it with support are two different things. We’ll help you actually put it into practice, with real feedback and real accountability.

Why only 10 people?

We keep the group small so everyone gets real support, real conversation, and real attention, not a lecture. It’s intimate by design, we want to create a safe space for sharing and vulnerability.

What if I can't make every session?

Consistency matters since the group builds on itself week to week, but life happens. Reach out and we’ll talk through what makes sense for you.

Can i use extended health benefits?

We’re happy to provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We’d recommend checking with your provider beforehand to see what’s covered.

is weight loss a goal of this program?

No. This is not a weight loss program, and weight loss won’t be discussed or tracked. The goal is food freedom and confidence, not a number on a scale.
