Hi, I’m Sara, a registered dietitian specializing in sports nutrition. I hold the International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition and am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I support athletes of all shapes and sizes to fuel their training and recovery with confidence while supporting a healthier, more trusting relationship with food and body. I’m passionate about helping athletes reduce REDs risk, fuel effectively, and feel strong and capable in training, competition, and in everyday life.

Can you help if i think i'm not eating enough for my training?

Yes – many athletes unintentionally underfuel. We assess your intake and training demand to ensure you’re meeting your energy needs to support both health and performance. 

Is this program only for endurance athletes?

No – this program supports endurance, strength, team sport, and recreational athletes. Your nutrition support is tailored specifically to your sport, training, and goals. 

how long does it take to see results?

Many athletes notice improvements in energy, recovery, and consistency within a few weeks, while longer-term changes in performance, relationship with food, and menstrual function take more time and build gradually with ongoing support.

do you take an intuitive eating approach with athletes?
