Yes! We are able to direct bill to most insurance companies (including Sunlife, Canada Life, Manulife and more). Contact your provider prior to the session to find out if you’re eligible.

Key Nutrients for Athlete Health
We do not provide specific meal by meal, day by day plans. Meal plans do not allow for you to choose foods based on your hunger, satisfaction, or pleasure needs at the time of eating. We will make recommendations for meals, snacks, and recipes based on your individual needs and goals, and help guide you in planning.
Flexible Approach to Fueling
We offer both virtual and in person sessions at our downtown Kelowna office.
Fueling around training
All of our dietitians practice from a weight-neutral stand point. We do not counsel specifically for weight loss. We work with our clients to move away from restriction and dieting which has been shown in research to predict weight gain. We help clients reconnect with their body and what foods feel good and can help promote good health.
Supplement Reviews
24 hours notice is requested for all cancellations as a courtesy to your dietitian and other clients. You will be provided with a written copy of the policy to sign at your first session.

Hi, I’m Sara, a registered dietitian specializing in sports nutrition. I hold the International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition and am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I support athletes of all shapes and sizes to fuel their training and recovery with confidence while supporting a healthier, more trusting relationship with food and body. I’m passionate about helping athletes reduce REDs risk, fuel effectively, and feel strong and capable in training, competition, and in everyday life.
