A simple summer smoothie with strawberries, cucumber, watermelon, mint, ginger, and hemp seeds. Refreshing, hydrating, and delicious any time of the day!

This smoothie is great on its own as a meal or snack. It also pairs well with a breakfast hash or avocado white bean wraps.

Ingredients
 2 cups Chopped watermelon (fresh or frozen)
 1 tsp Lime juice (optional)
 1 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (1 inch piece)
 ½ cup Cucumber (2 inch piece)
 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
 Mint leaves (start with 2-3)

Add all ingredients into a blender in the order listed

Blend until smooth. Add more frozen strawberries or ice to thicken.

Taste and adjust flavours as needed.
