    What’s Included in Every Package

      1. Initial Nutrition Consultation (45 minutes) 
        We’ll assess your dietary preferences, cooking confidence, and health goals to tailor your session.
      2. Menu Planning Call (20 minutes)
        We’ll confirm your customized plan, ingredients, and equipment needs.
      3. Hands-On Cooking Session (2 hours)
        Cook alongside Alessandra—either virtually or in your home—as you prepare nourishing meals together. Recipes are designed just for you.
    Note: Clients are responsible for purchasing their own groceries using a detailed shopping list provided in advance.

    Insurance Coverage

    Sessions can be billed under extended health benefits as three separate appointments to help maximize coverage:

    1. Initial Consultation
    2. Follow-Up Consultation
    3. Cooking Session
