 ½ cup Rolled Oats
 ½ cup Milk of Choice (dairy, oat, soy, etc.)
 ¼ cup Greek yogurt
 1 tbsp Peanut butter
 1 tbsp Chia seeds
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
 1 tsp Maple syrup (optional)
